Το σπιτι αποτελειται απο ισογειο πρωτο και δευτερο οροφο οι οποιοι δεν συνδεονται μεταξυ τους με εσωτερικη σκαλα ,θα ειστε ανεξαρτητοιστον Β'όροφο με δικη σας εισοδο , βεραντα , μπαρμπικιου ,μπαλκονι. Αν θελησετε κατι επιπλεον μην διστασετε να το ζητησετε και θα προσπαθήσω το καλυτερο. Θα εχετε την χαρα να απολαυσετε καθημερινα το υπεροχο ηλιοβασιλεμα .
Θα χαρουμε πολυ να σας δουμε να χαμογελατε κανοντας σας χαρουμενους με την διαμορφωση και τις υπηρεσιες του χωρου
Σε κοντινη αποσταση ενα χιλιομετρο περιπου εχει ταβερνες ,εστιατορια , Super Market Bazaar , καφετεριες και καταστημα για τις αναγκες στα θαλασσινα σπορ, Η διασημη παραλια του Μυρτου βρισκεται πολυ κοντα και μπορειται να την επισκεφτειτε με αυτοκινητο η περπατωντας απο τον κεντρικο δρομο η για συντομοτερη αποσταση κατηφοριζοντας τα μονοπατια που ενωνουν το οικημα με την παραλια. Το πολυκοσμικο Φισκαρδο βρισκεται σε αποσταση 20 χλμ η πανεμορφη Ασσος με το Ενετικο καστρο μολις 8 χλμ το καλα οργανωμενο λιμανακι της Αγιας Ευφημιας με τα κοτερα ,βαρκες ενοικιασης ,ταβερνες εστιατορια, σουπερ μαρκετ , καταστηματα ναυτιλιακα και σουβενιρ βρισκεται μολις 7,8 χλμ
