In the area of Velado or Agia Mavra and in a distance of only 2 km from the sandy beaches of Orkos and Psathi, there is the ground floor residence “Sunrise Dream”. It is a new and hospitable place, which has an unlimited view to the seaside of Cavo d’ oro and the islands of Tinos, Syros, Giaros, Kythnos and Serifos. It is approximately 4.5 kilometers away from the capital of Kea, Ioulida. The road to the “Sunrise Dream” residence is asphalt covered and the access by car is very easy. Visitors will have the opportunity to be guided in the proprietary parcel of land, sized 3 acres and enjoy the immediate contact with nature and the magnificent view.
With a lot of love and passion we have created a hospitable and comfortable place. It was completed in 2018 and it is consisted of two bedrooms, a living room with a continuous kitchen, a bathroom and two balconies with unlimited view. It provides central heating, WiFi, automatic coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, a cot / bed is available for free and it can accommodate up to five guests. It is fully equipped and we are definitely sure that you and your company will enjoy it until the last minute of your vacation.
I come from Kea island and my house is located next to the “Sunrise Dream” residence. Every morning is a whole new experience with the lovely images that nature offers to every visitor of this place infinitely. I love Kea and especially the place where the residence is, because the natural calmness with the unbelievable view of the area, is the perfect combination of discharging your batteries, detox, relaxation and rest from the exhausting and pressing pace of the daily routine in the city. Enjoy the unbelievable colors of the sunrise in combination with the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea. The visitors whom I will be honored to accommodate will have the luxury to enjoy the privacy and their full independence, being aware that I am at their service every moment in order to help or inform them about anything they need. We are looking forward to host you...
