Sunset House is a lovely home in the village of Keri, a small mountain settlement in the southern part of Zakynthos Island. This house is perfectly suitable for families and groups of friends who seek quiet, relaxing holidays in a traditional Greek village, where they can observe the authentic local way of life while unwinding from daily routine. The beautiful house consists of 4 bedrooms and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. On the ground floor is located a big living room, an adjoining dining area and an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with contemporary appliances. This level also offers a bathroom with a bathtub and a furnished veranda, where you can enjoy your breakfast or coffee. On the first floor three of the bedrooms are located. These bedrooms are equipped with a queen and two single beds respectively and share a bathroom with bathtub. On the same floor floor the master bedroom is also located and offers a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The last bedroom is located on the top floor and is actually an open plan attic, equipped with one double bed, one single bed. The attic has its own bathroom with shower and balcony with amazing view. **Τhe property is designed primarily for quiet family stays and is not suitable for large groups or guests seeking vibrant nightlife, as both the house and the surrounding area are ideal for a more peaceful holiday experience**

Sunset House is located in the mountain village of Keri. This settlement has a unique feeling of originality and authenticity, with its narrow streets, stone-built traditional houses and population which mostly occupies itself with agriculture. The beautiful beach of Keri lies a mere 4km away, and you can also visit the traditional old lighthouse, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Ionian Sea. Keri features shops and traditional taverns, and it is ideal for truly relaxing holidays. The house is located in a residential village, so the rules of quiet hours, which are from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., must be strictly followed . Noise during these hours is prohibited. The police will be called, if there is a violation of these rules. One more thing to note is that the house is exclusively suitable for families seeking a quiet vacation close to nature and the sea. Please keep in mind that it is not suitable for groups of young people, as there are no bars in the area for night entertainment and night outs.
