Enjoy your stay in this spacious 140 m² apartment with sea views, quietly located near Nikiti Harbour and just 70 meters from the beach. Ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people, the apartment offers comfort, space, and beautiful views. It features four comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms with showers, and a large, bright living room with direct access to a spacious wraparound balcony overlooking the sea. The balcony is perfect for relaxing, enjoying breakfast, or watching the sunset. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto machine, kettle, Tefal XL grill (sandwich maker), and all essential cooking utensils. Coffee capsules, a bottle of wine, water, olive oil, vinegar, spices, a dishwasher starter kit, and laundry detergent are included with every stay. The natural beach, harbour, beach bars, shops, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance – ideal for relaxing days without a car. This is not a private hotel apartment for sole use.
