Our beloved Beach House is situated at 4 km north of the Port of Nea Styra, along the seaside. The Southern part of the Euboean Gulf enjoys northern winds which leave the sea calm but also with a refreshing, mild current guaranteeing crystal clear waters. The Beach House enjoys the most outstanding location anyone can dream of. With only 80 meters from the seashore, it guarantees a relaxing, peaceful holiday on a private beach of calm, refreshing waters, amazing sunsets and perfect orientation. Our 1.4 acres land ensures privacy and quiet nights where you can only listen to the sound of the sea, the crickets and the breeze. The Beach House has 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can also comfortably accommodate extra guests on 2 sofa beds. It is the ideal place for a group of family & friends, sunsets, drinks, and the true Greek Summer. On site there is a BBQ, a pizza oven and even a basket ball hoop for some fun games too. Our Beach house has always been a point of celebrations, receiving guests along with the family, for unforgettable holidays throughout all life stages. Families with young children are so well accommodated with the outstanding proximity and privacy of the beach, while couples find the ideal location for a shared BBQ evening dining, cold drinks on the beach while listening to chilled music. Older groups enjoy the peace and autonomy of swimming on their own earlier schedule while they spend the evenings playing cards in our gorgeous veranda. The Beach House is fully equipped to meet modern needs, still respecting the nature and the environment. There are more than 100 trees that we take care of, including more than 30 olive trees and other trees that are very typical for the Greek flora. We have modern ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and 3 high quality AC. We recycle. We use rain water to water our garden. We prune our land and use the wood for the BBQ. We do not waste water. We care. This is our essence.

Penelope is a passionate traveller and experienced host. She co-owns the property with her sister Vicky and they both love their summer place that they have been enjoying for years with their friends and families. Penelope and Vicky compliment each other as personalities while they both share the same passion for hosting. Vicky and Penelope still travel a lot but they always spend a big part of their summer in this wonderful place. The founder of this property has been their father who was always finding peace and fulfilment next to the sea and nature. Today, as their lives are busier and their small little children have grown up into respectful young adults, they have thoroughly renovated the beautiful house and are proud to share their love with guests. Since they were both little and until today, our friends have always worshipped the Beach House and still commemorate the beautiful times we have had together. We are very proud to be able to share this experience now with you.

Nea Styra is situated in the South of the island of Euboea, very easily accessible from Athens by boat (via Aghia Marina) or by car, in total a 2 hour trip from Athens City Center. Reaching Nea Styra by boat is very convenient as the waters are calm, the sceneries are beautiful and the guests can enjoy the views. It only takes 45 minutes by boat from the port of Nea Styra, and then a short car ride of 10 min to reach the Beach House. From April to October the ferries are very frequent, they do not need prebooking and the prices are very reasonable. So no extensive planning is needed to get here. Nea Styra is a peaceful, family, fishing village by the sea, with a unique orientation, where sunsets are spectacular, sea is calm, breezes are appreciated in the summer and can be described as an accessible escape from the city life. Nea Styra is also situated in the narrowest part of the big Euboea island. Therefore, there are many small escapes anyone can make even from the side of the Aegean Sea, with quaint small beaches, tavernas on the seaside and beautiful sceneries. From our long experience, in the end nobody wants to leave our property to explore the surroundings because you will realize that you will have it all in your immediate access.
