The apartment is literally 20 steps away from the beach. You can enjoy the magnificent view from the spacious porch and walk down the beach for a swim. There is a great variety of beaches to choose from. Sand, pebbles, rockbound. Within 100 metres you can find Agios Spyridonas Beach with sunbeds to rent, or take a short walk to reach the famous "Love Cave" (Erotospilia Beach) if you prefer a natural seascape and tranquility. There is also a bakery, a mini market, a grocery store and restaurants within 50m. This luxurious apartment has 2 bedrooms, a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, double door fridge ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. A flat screen TV is available and guests can also enjoy satellite TV (Nova). WiFi, air conditioning and central heating are also provided.
