I have been living on Aegina Island since 2002 and love creating places with warmth, character, creativity, and a relaxing atmosphere. I am the owner of The Beachhouse Apartments in Vagia, a highly rated adults-only accommodation known for its personal hospitality and peaceful seaside location. Besides hospitality, I am also a certified yoga teacher and offer yoga, clarity, and healing sessions in The Pearl Yurt in Vagia for guests who are interested in relaxation, balance, and well-being during their stay on the island. Guests staying at The Izi House are also welcome to visit the Beachhouse Beach Bar in Vagia and enjoy the relaxed beachfront atmosphere there.
The Izi House is located in a peaceful hillside area with beautiful panoramic views over the sea and surrounding landscape. The property is within close driving distance of Aegina Town, while the traditional fishing village of Perdika can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The closest beaches are Vrochia and Marathonas, both just a short drive away. Because the house is situated higher up on the hillside, a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area and move around the island comfortably, although a motorbike is also possible. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, offering privacy, nature, and beautiful sunset views while still being conveniently connected to the main attractions of Aegina.
