The Olive Tree is a comfortable and cozy apartment with plenty of space to spend a wonderfully relaxing time. Outside the apartment is a nice private terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains, where you can enjoy your delicious morning coffee or breakfast or a sundowner drink to end the day. With an area of 35 m2, there is enough space, even for a family with two children. The room has a lovely large box-spring bed with soft sheets and plenty of pillows. A guarantee for a wonderful night's sleep. The luxurious kitchen is equipped with all amenities, an induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities and of course all materials to prepare a delicious meal. But in Epidavros there are of course plenty of tasty restaurants to spoil you if you don't want to cook yourself.

After a working life in the Netherlands, Margit and Peter decided to leave for Greece. They found their dream place in Ancient Epidavros where they opened their apartment, the Olive Tree. They both love to spoil their guests and get energy from offering their guests a wonderful and unforgettable holiday. Epidavros is a village in the Peloponnese with a special atmosphere. Time seems to pass more slowly, people are friendly and hospitable and nature is overwhelming. The village is wedged between the sea and the mountains and is surrounded by citrus and olive trees. And all cultivation is organic. The village has a pleasant boulevard and harbor front with restaurants, bars and terraces under large trees. A wonderful place for an ouzo, delicious Greek dishes or a delicious ice cream. In addition to the fishing boats that still sail out every day, the harbor also houses sailing and motor yachts belonging to sailing tourists. In the vicinity there are many attractions, such as the 2,500-year-old world-famous amphitheater, which can accommodate 18,000 visitors, has incredible acoustics and where performances are still held. The large Venetian castle at Nafplio is also worth a visit, of course combined with a visit to the pleasant center of Nafplio. Other highlights within a short distance are the archaeological excavations of Mycenae, the Corinth Canal, the lovely islands of Poros and Hydra. Hiking enthusiasts can also enjoy the nature around the village. And there is much more. This eastern part of the Peloponessos is more than worth a holiday. It is not without reason that the Dutch king has his holiday home nearby. Epidavros is a beautiful destination for a full holiday, but can also be part of a larger tour of the Peloponessos. Athens and Kalamata airports are both less than a two-hour drive away.
