The sea opens up from the living room and kitchen, from the balcony, and from the upper master bedroom. In the morning, this is a place where you want to drink your coffee slowly. In the evening, you simply want to stay outside and look at the horizon. The house is located within a gated area with an entrance gate. Guests drive inside, park their car in a private covered parking space in the shade, and from the very first moment feel a sense of calm and privacy. The layout is arranged over three levels. On the entrance level, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor is a private master bedroom with a double bed, a work desk, a bathroom, and a sea view. On the lower ground level, there are two bedrooms, an additional sleeping area with a bunk bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Two of the rooms have direct access to the inner courtyard. Inside the house, there is a lift connecting all levels — especially convenient for families with children, elderly parents, luggage, and a stroller.

The area is well suited for those who want to stay close to the sea, but not in the busiest central part. From here, it is easy to spend time on the beach, visit nearby villages, discover different places around Kassandra, and then return home to a quieter atmosphere.
