Property info

A lovely maisonette 70sqm located just in front of the sea. Only a few minutes away from the lovely village Nikiti, where you can find many nice restaurants, cafes and bars. The house is vary spacious, with two big bedrooms which makes it ideal for a family with children. There is also a huge balcony with a view of the sea, where you can enjoy the lovely summer sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped and is located in the ground floor, through which you also have access to the private garden which also has outdoor furniture for you to use. There are also some chairs and an umbrella at the beach fo r you to enjoy a nice sunny day at the beach.
