A stone-built, high-ceilinged, spacious, two-story apartment in the heart of the city! It includes an open-plan living room and kitchen area with a comfortable sofa (sleeps one adult or two small children), a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a loft bedroom with a double bed and an orthopedic mattress, and a private bathroom. The accommodation features a washing machine and smaller appliances such as a kettle and a coffee maker for private use. Lastly, you can enjoy the city view and use the furnished roof garden! There is public space for free parking (no reservation available).
In less than 2 minutes on foot, you will find yourself in the neighborhood of Agios Nikolaos, with restaurants, cafes, and bars. And in less than 5 minutes on foot, you will reach the entrance of Panagia's Chersonissos with its cobbled streets, stone-built houses, and many attractions (such as the house of Mehmet Ali, the Khalil Bey mosque, the fortress of Kavala, etc.). In the same neighborhood, you can go for a swim and enjoy a meal, coffee, or drink!
