Villa Thelxis is 120m2 and located at the foot of Mount Aenos amongst the natural vegetation that consists of olive trees, pine and cypress trees that provides a lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The private swimming pool is 7 x 5m, surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, seated patio area and barbecue. Lourdas Bay is within 1000 metres walking distance and offers 2 miles of sandy beach, exotic palm and banana trees with spectacular views of Zakynthos across the Ionian Sea. The ground floor has a modern kitchen with a spacious dining room and living room area. Patio doors lead to the outside dining area which is also fully furnished. There is a bathroom on the ground floor. The top floor consists of a double bedroom ensuite with a private balcony and also a twin bedroom that also has its own private balcony and bathroom. There are private car parking spaces at Villa Thelxis.
