Theros Cottage is a lovingly restored century-old hideaway nestled in the heart of Nafplio’s Old Town. The cottage welcomes up to five guests and features a charming courtyard, which may occasionally be shared with guests of a neighboring property, as well as a cozy rooftop terrace with wonderful views of Nafplio’s iconic sights and glimpses of the sparkling sea. As with most homes in Nafplio’s historic center, access is pedestrian only. Guests reach the cottage through the Old Town’s picturesque alleys, adding to the authentic charm and unique experience of staying in this enchanting neighborhood. Tucked away among cobblestone lanes, Theros Cottage is the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and experience the timeless romance of Nafplio.

Υour stay is right in the heart of Nafplio’s Old Town, in the charming Vrachateika area — one of the city’s most authentic and peaceful neighborhoods. The apartment is located on Zygomala Street, a picturesque pedestrian lane filled with the warm character of traditional Nafplion houses, colorful bougainvilleas, and the gentle sounds of everyday life. From here, you can stroll to everything: The main square (Syntagma Square) and the seafront promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away.
