On the picturesque island of Andros this spacious 206sqm villa is looking at the beach of Agios Petros. Perfectly situated on the side of a hill next to Gaurio the port of the island with an ideal distance from Batsi and from the beaches Zorgos, Xrisi Ammos and Bitali. The location and the gardens make the villa one of a kind. The house accommodates easily 8 people and it is suitable for families. The villa is an ideal example of tradional cycladic design. Being far enough from any other residence it allows you to enjoy your privacy.Nearby man can spot the tower of Agios Petros and can reach it by foot. Also one of the countless hiking paths of the island starts right outside of the house. The house is consisted of 3 floors. On the upper floor there is a fully equiped kitchen, the dinning room, 1,5 bathroom and one of the double bed bedroom. The staircase leads to the living room and the main balcony where someone enjoy the stunning view beneth the shadow of the bougainvillea. On the ground floor are situated the two other bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. Outside someone can find the colorful gardens with a variety of trees, the Barbeque area and the garage.
Either me or a member of my family will be here to welcome you to the island and take you to the house. We can suggest you beaches to visit, places to eat and varius activities.
