Ouzo Traditional House, a renovated vaccation house of a local oil trader, Surrounded by pine and olive trees, boasts a private outdoor pool, a terrace with sun loungers and a garden. The villa is divided in 2 levels and lies within 200 metres of the famous Agios Isidoros Beach. Maintaining its original exterior design, the villa opens to a small balcony overlooking the sea. At the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an additional toilet, while the ground floor has seating and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The villa is equipped with a modern heat pump for air conditioning and heating, as well as ceiling fans. Free WiFi access is available throughout. The centre of Plomari lies within 3.5 km of Traditional Ouzo Villa, while Mytilene is 37 km away. Mitilini Airport is at a distance of 44 km. For the rented properties, with private pools without the attendance of a lifeguard, the Authorities require an agreement to be signed between the host and the guest, on check-in, stating that the use of the private pool is under the responsibility of the guest, who shall also observe the house rules.
