Indulge yourself in the natural beauty of Rhodos at our Unique Sea & Sunset Residence. Set on the slope below the island’s Acropolis, overlooking the magnificent Aegean Sea our modern, spacious, tailor-made sea view 3-bedroom residence is the perfect location for families, friends, and special occasions. With the breathtaking town of Rhodos and Ialysos surfer’s and kite’s beaches in a short drive distance, the property is ideal for exploring the island, as it is connected to the major main roads that lead to the center of the city, the impressive old town and Lindos village. The residence’s 155m2 living spaces are warm and welcoming. An open plan kitchen, a big sitting area with 2 big comfortable sofas, a dining table and 3 big windows overlooking the glorious sea and the spectacular sunset. The accommodation’s plan consists of 3 bright and nicely decorated bedrooms with their own 32’’ flat screen smart TV, a spacious wardrobe with their own amenities. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds (160X200) and one bedroom with one single bed (120X200). Bathrooms are uniquely designed with colorful walls, including their own standard amenities like soap, shampoo etc.
Situated among the three biggest convention hotels of the island, is a unique choice for clients participating in congresses and conventions. The closest supermarket and Rhodos town Center are a five-minute drive from the residence. If you are interested in visiting the most popular beaches of the island, you’ll reach Ialysos beach at 200m, Kalithea Beach at 11Km and Faliraki Beach at 17km. The magnificent Rhodos Old Town is 5 Km away. Picturesque Lindos Village is at 47 km distance, Rhodos Harbor is about 7km away and Rhodos International Airport is about 14Km from the property.
