Blue colored, roof shade tents on both balconies sides (6m & 4m). More shade protection for your comfort added. Brand new ionized air condition in bedroom area! Memory Body Balance upper mat addition on master bed! Made out from, Body Care Elastic Foam Kernel. The bedroom has a 3 panel wardrobe with plenty smart hangers & a 3 drawer furniture. Nespresso coffee machine. Smart TV, Netflix, You Tube, Google TV. -- Upper Deck, is situated just above sea level!! -- Enjoy our heart breaking beach front view and walk, just 1 min. for the closest, blue flagged beach! -- It takes only 07 min. by car, to reach the famous Ammolofoi - sand hill beaches. -- Take your opportunity for sea and sun adventures! -- Adrenaline runs free! -- Taste our 'Greek Frape' ice coffee and reload your batteries for one more, big splash!!! -- Everything you need is located next to your feet
Apart our blue flagged beaches and the greek sun, in Nea Peramos there a lot of local delicacies to discover! Try the local 'tsipouro' with a greek appetizer and local olives! Try the local grapes, which are mostly exported due to their great quality. Ask to taste the local wines and olive oil. Walk to the famous old castle. Enjoy the view and scenery from up there. Also you can try our famous, 'Elefterai hot spring waters', located 10-15 minute by car. The basic composition of the waters is chloride with the presence of hydrogen sulfide. The volume of the hot springs today is approximately 267 cubic meters per hour and the margin to be increased further more after proper cultivation of certain vents. The water temperature ranges from 37 to 41.5 degrees Celsius. The thermal waters treat many, even chronic, illnesses. The sulfur springs are ideal for musculoskeletal disorders, skin diseases in the circulatory, asthma etc. In the baths there is a physiotherapy center which operates by appointment and medical coverage 24 hours.
