The breathtaking views to the sea and the surrounding mountains offer a tranquility and serenity that makes you want to spend hours and hours relaxing and resting at the pool area and our beautiful garden. The brilliantly designed interiors, feature fine collections of modern and minimal furniture, airy high quality fabrics and a remarkable range of luxurious amenities ensuring a luxurious, yet relaxing stay. The villa boasts a vast living room and a luxurious dining area close to the barbecue area which is connected to the fully equipped kitchen inviting guests to create culinary delights to relish with their loved ones. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Away from any kind of noise and with a constant breeze of fresh air descending from the hills, Utopia offers a fabulous choice for discerning travelers seeking a private and exceptional place to host their vacation.

The villa is located in the area of Sami, just 2 km away from the main town and just 1 km from the quiter village of Karavomylos. The town of Sami is a picturesque port, offering both direct ferry routes to the mainland, Ithaka and Italy. There is everything you need from a pharmacy and a medical center, to ATMs, a post office, police, coastguard and a fire department. The harbor hosts ferries, yachts, daily cruises, fishing boats and leisure vessels to rent. There are a plenty of shops to buy souvenirs and jewellery, supermarkets and grocery stores and a wide variety of tavernas, snack bars, restaurants and bars. Most of the best attractions of the island are within 6 km, like Famous Antisamos beach, Agia Paraskevi beach, Melissani Lake, Karavomylos Lake, Drogarati Cave. Agia Efimia is just 8 km away and well known Myrtos just 16 km away. Mount Ainos, with its beautiful paths and majestic views, is 26 km away. There are plenty of activities that you can do in the area like hiking, trekking, horse riding, diving, snorkeling, canoeing, water sports, fishing, rent a boat and cooking classes.
