Vartan's summer house, is a terraced house, located at kalamaki village! The house is fully autonomous and modernly equipped,with home appliances ready to host families and friends as well as pets in our garden! It is a traditional house with respect to privacy and nature, ideal for summer moments full of carelessness and happiness Notes 600 meters from the main market of the village 1,5 klm from the beach 4 klm from down town of Zakunthos and the Port 2klm from the Airport The whole property yard of vartan's is 1800 square meters! The house is (91 square meters) and its surrounded from olive oil trees , plants and grass At the ground floor you will find the living room (32sqm) with a fireplace, a comfortable modern kitchen (15,5 sqm), two bathrooms (6 sqm) and the main Bedroom (10sqm) You follow the stairs (70cm x 3,0m) to the attic (1st floor), where there are two bedrooms (14,5 sqm ) with double beds, WC (2.5 sqm) and a small refrigerator at the main corridor (5,5sqm) Τhe house have Energy efficiency certificate (PEA) class A

Kalamaki vilage is the most convenient location to stay at Zakynthos! Except that is fully organise village with Bars, Restaurants, Taverns, Cafe, Water parks, Horce riding centers, it is also close to the Main town of Zakunthos, close to Laganas, close to keri bay that you can rent a boat for daily trips, close to the airport and close to the main port!
