Peaceful studio in Verga, Kalamata, surrounded by nature and only a few minutes from the beach. Located in a quiet hillside area with a relaxing outdoor seating space, the apartment offers a calm stay close to both the seaside and the city. The beach is approximately 500m away, while Navarinou Road with cafés, beach bars and public transport access is only 1km away. Kalamata city center can be reached within 10 minutes by car through easy access to the ring road. The location also offers convenient access to popular destinations of the Messinian Mani region, such as Kardamyli and Stoupa. Ideal for relaxing summer holidays near the sea and nature.
