It's a magnificent villa, constructed in 2023 with a unique design! Enjoy the yellow sand beach right in front of our Villa and the most relaxing view combination of the crystal clear sea and Mount Athos. Feel free to enjoy the view with a coffee from our Nespresso machine and always stay productive on the working desk through the high speed internet services from STARLINK system that we provide for you.

Indulge in coastal living with our marvelous Villa boasting direct sea access and breathtaking views. Experience tranquility by the shore in a setting that's simply unmatched. Feel free to enjoy some of the best restaurants in Chalkidiki like Trizoni, Mourmoura, Mamalouka, Anthi and many more, all at a very close distance from the Villa. Upon request and availability we can arrange for you a private chef, horse ridding, yachting, fishing lessons and many more activities for you and your children.
