Villa Akti is situated at the enchanting coastal zone of southern part of Rodos. The house is only 50 m away from the crystal clean sea. It is 4.2 km away from Gennadi village at the left side of Eparkhiaki odos Pilonas-Kattavias. The house is three-leveled and has a ground floor traditional style apartment and two upper floors. It can accommodate 10 guests. There are two rental options available: our guests can book 1. all the house (Villa Akti Superior), or 2. the upper floor only (Beachfront Villa Akti 6 guests). The upper rooms include 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting room with fireplace, big sea view veranda and a kitchen and can accommodate 6 guests The ground floor apartment is available in Superior rental option and can accommodate up to 4 guests, and has a sitting room with dining area, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. All the house is air-conditioned, with internet access and satellite TV, telephone. Garden, patio with barbecue, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower. Private sun awning (beds, chairs) at the beach can only be used by the guests of the villa. Ping-pong facilities are available on request in advance(extra fee).
The villa is situated at the protected picturesque area bordering the sea, just 4.2 km away from the charming Gennadi village with its old traditional houses, narrow streets with taverns offering traditional Rhodian food. There is a supermarket offering meat and poultry, drinks, cheese, cold cuts and household goods at very good prices, a grocery shop and a bakery at the central square of the village. There is also a Church, a pharmacy and the Medical First Aid Station. Our guests can also visit Lachania village with its beautiful beaches, a picturesque place 5 km away from the villa. Prassonissi cape is an ideal place for surfing fans... Tourist Kiotari centre (shopping centre, restaurants, bars) is located 10 km from the Villa. To Rhodes town (the capital of the island) is a regular bus service from Gennadi.
