VILLA CALLIOPE is a detached country house located next to Lothiarika beach in Lardos , with a large garden and private parking area. The area surrounding the house offers a spacious garden with variety of fruit trees, including lemon and olive trees , also a swiming pool under construction will be ready of Aprli 2026 It consists of 2 floors. On the 1st floor you will find 2 bedrooms with queen size beds 1,60x2,00, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with an unlimited view of the sea. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a living room that includes a traditional Lindian paanga with a double mattress 1,50x2,00 that can accommodate 2 people and a sofa. On the large terrace there is also a special area for barbecue, a space that you can relax on the comfortable deckchairs and umbrellas and enjoy the wonderful sun. There is a swiming pool under construction , which will be ready for operation from April 2026 The outdoor swimming pool measures 6mx3m and has a depth of 1,40 meters All rooms have ac, flat screen tv. WF is free of charge As for the area surrounding the Villa, nearby there are restaurants, and super markets The villa is only 50 meters from the organized beach where you can enjoy sunbeds and various water sports In about 200 m there is a small water park and a mini golf The Villa is located 50km from the city of Rhodes , from the airport 35 km and 5 km from the famous Lindos Village with Acropolis and the Temple of Athena, while the village is full of shops, restaurants, sandy beaches attracting visitors from all over the world The LOTHIARIKA area in Lardos is known for being a safe and peaceful neighborhood, popular with visitors for its convenient location and beautiful nearby beaches Our main priority is to offer an attractive stay in a clean and well maintained environment with all the necessary amenities to make your stay unforgettable
