This luxury , three storey , recently built ,stone villa , is located on the foot-hills of mount Kalathi, overlooking the Messinian bay and the city of Kalamata. This residence spreads in a plot of 750 s.m., and develops in to two levels of 175 s.m. living space, offering stunning views to Messinian gulf. Outside , on ground level , the villa offers a large teracce with private swimming pool , dining area , BBQ facilities and large private parking for 3-4 vehicles. At lower level there is a beautiful garden with trees and a covered sitting area. The ground floor consists of a lining-space, dining area , a fully equiped kitchen , a double bed bedroom , a bathroom and a balcony. The first floor constits of two double bed bedrooms with a balcony, two bathrooms and a single bed bedroom. The lower floor is constructed as fully equipped , autonomous studio , and comprices one double bed, a big sofa bed,a kitchen and a bathroom. The villa can accommodate up to 12 persons , ideal for families or group of friends. All bedrooms plus the studio , offer amazing sea-view of the gulf , except for the single bed bedroom which offers view of the mountain. Free wify is provided , cable chanel Nova plus is provided for free.

The house in technologically andvanced, cooling and heating provided by a heatpump , and there is alarm security system. Almiros and Verga beach are at 15 minutes walking distance. All rooms are air conditioned with smart t.v. and free wify is provided throughout the property. The nearest beach is 500 m away, while a taverna, a café bar and a local market can be found within short walking distance. Kalamata City with several shops, is 5 km away. Two big markets are within 10 minutes driving distance.
