The villa has three levels: a ground level and a two-story maisonette above it. The ground floor is an apartment with two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds. The living room has a double sofa-bed, which raises the apartment’s accommodation capacity to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use, and the apartment has direct access to the outdoor area, the BBQ, the swimming pool and an exterior hot tub. The maisonette is independent, as it is accessible by an outer staircase. Its first level features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, and its second level offers two bedrooms, equipped with a king-size bed and two single ones, respectively. The second level also features a space with a double sofa-bed, a bathroom with a shower and a large balcony with view of the surrounding Alykes area and the Sea. *In case a reservation arrives with a pet (in contradiction to our policy), we will not be able to accommodate them and the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded.

Our villa is situated in Katastari, perhaps the largest village on Zakynthos Island, amphitheatrically built with a wonderful view of the sea. This stunning vantage point, which offers a unique view today, was historically important for evading constant pirate raids, which is why Katastari is located on elevated ground, away from the shore. The settlement has its own markets, but you can easily visit the tourist resort of Alykes, which is about 2km away. Alykes and its neighbouring village, Alykanas, feature long sandy beaches, cozy coffee shops, traditional taverns, vibrant bars, and supermarkets, making them ideal for exploration and enjoyment. Nearby beaches include Alykes Beach (2km), Alykanas Beach & Laparda Beach (3 km), Mikri Xygia Beach (4km), and Praia Rasa Beach (5 km). In addition to the beautiful beaches, several cultural attractions are within a short distance: the Byzantine Museum and the Solomos and Kalvos Museum, both located 17 km away, as well as the Republic Square and Dionysios Solomos Square, also 17 km from the villa. For those interested in marine life, Archelon, the Sea Turtle Protection Society of Greece, is just 18 km away, offering visitors a chance to learn more about the conservation of these magnificent creatures. The Blue Caves of Zante are located 16km & famous the Shipwreck Boat Panagiotis at 17km. The closest airports are Zakynthos International Airport (16 km) and Andravida Air Base (64 km).
