Villa Dimitrios is located in the unspoiled area of Gennadi village. It offers a nice view of the sea which is found at a distance of only a 10-minute drive. The property conveniently accommodates up to 5 people. It is ideal to enjoy your holidays in a private peaceful place.

Villa Dimitrios has 2 bedrooms that consist of 2 double beds and a single one. There’s an open plan kitchen fully equipped for any meal preparation and a friendly living room which is quite comfortable. There are a screen TV and a fireplace as well as free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Villa Dimitrios has a bathroom with a shower. Outdoors, there’s a BBQ facility with a beautiful sitting area. Also, guests will find a swing to sit and relax while watching the beautiful surrounding.

Guests will find the nearest beach at a distance of only a 10-minute drive. Gennadi village is a peaceful place and surely you’ll find all your necessary urban conveniences such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. You should visit Prasonisi, the most impressive beach on the island, which is only a 40-minute drive away. Guests should not miss visiting Lindos which is about a 25-minute drive far from Gennadi. Lindos Acropolis is the most breathtaking archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most inspiring beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town of Rhodes, a UNESCO World Heritage, at a distance of about an hour's drive away from the suite. The airport and the center of Rhodes have located an hour's drive away.
