We have extensively rebuilt and renovated the entire house (originally stone house from 1967) including the yard and adapted it for needs of modern travelers. The whole villa can accommodate up to 15 persons(adults and chlidrens). Downstairs are two Studio-Apartments for families. The are equipped with double beds, sofa beds, kitchenettes with basic utensils and newly built bathrooms. Each Studio-Apartment has terrace with outdoor seating in front of the room. Large yard in front of the house offers free private parking for up to 4 cars, BBQ area with outdoor seating and children's playground.Our house is about 400 m away from Limenaria's promenade with dozens of shops, taverns and cafes. Limenaria Beach is approx 450 m away and on Metalia Beach you are in 5 minutes by car.Our accommodation is a part of the VILLA ELPIS.Ιf you are a lot of people and want to book the rest of the apartments, please check our page VILLA ELPIS.Our accommodation is ideal for groups!!
