Villa Emerald is just 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. The stylish and warm interior of the villa and the wonderful outside area reflects the peace the surrounding offer. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and two bathrooms (one of the two is en-suite) are situated on the ground floor. The third bedroom which is an attic is located below the roof, offers a private bathroom with shower cubicle. The kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences with large patio windows and doors that bathe the villa in an abundance of light. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious and stylish designed living room. From this generous seating area you can admire the view of the terrace, pool and beyond or to settle down in the evening at the comfortable sofa and catch a film on the 40'' satellite TV. The main terrace is furnished with chaise longues and a large dining table with seats for sharing memorable moments. The luxurious swimming pool (8x5meter) is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the fabulous Lindian sunshine. Guests will love using the built in BBQ while using the sunbeds and cooling off in the outside shower cubicle.
