The lower level houses the lobby with a fireplace. This is the largest apartment in the entire house and can accommodate up to five people thanks to its 2 bedrooms on the first floor( one with double bed and one with 2 single beds + armchair bed) The apartment has its own large terrace on the first floor with a vey nice view ( the terrace is connected with the bedroom on the first floor with 2 single beds) , a small balcony, and direct access from the kitchen ( which is fully equipped) to the private courtyard. There is also a big bathroom with shower on the first floor EOS Studio Eos Studio on the ground floor of about 45m2 equipped with a kitchen, a doble bed , bathroom with shower and wc + AC and has its own entrance from the main road SELENE Studio Selene Studio on the ground floor of about 40m2 equipped with a kitchen, a doble bed + single bed, bathroom with shower and wc ( it is just out of the studio) + AC+ TV NOTE: guests of the houses can enjoy also the shared outdoor yard and terraces with bbq,sitting and dining areas ,outdoor shower and outdoor fornitures
