Be the first one to enjoy your holiday at this newly renovated two bedroom apartment on the ground floor in a delightful setting on the outskirts of the village of Sarlata, in the Livathos region of Kefalonia. Located just 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Argostoli, and less than 5 minutes from the main supermarkets.The beaches of the Livathos coastline are all within a few minutes and the central location means all areas of the island are easily accessible from this fantastic base. Please note that guests of house 1 will have garden, barbeque and swimming pool common with guests of the upper floor! This property has the added benefit of being able to be rented out in conjunction with the Apartment downstairs for larger parties of guests.
Sarlata is a quite village quite near the Airport and you are close to the Capital Argostoli. There are plenty of nice beaches nearby but having a car will really open up the Island for you. There are really famous resorts in Kefalonia, for example Lassi is near you.. There are two main Ports Sami and Poros always worth a visit, you will get the most out of you visit by putting the miles on your car and Sarlata is a good a place to base yourself for this. Moreover, in Lakithra about 1 km far from you you can find pizza, restaurants and supermarkets. A car is essential!
