Enjoy your holidays at this luxury and comfortable house located on the outskirts of Sarlata village.This house is situated within an architecturally designed Neo-Classical building, in a very quiet neighbourhood and is fitted out with brand new furniture throughout. It comprises of a living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathroom.
Also, please note that guests will have garden, barbeque and swimming pool common with guests of the house 1!
This property has the added benefit of being able to be rented out in conjunction with the Apartment downstairs for larger parties of guests.
Sarlata is a quite village quite near the Airport and you are close to the Capital Argostoli. There are plenty of nice beaches nearby but having a car will really open up the Island for you. There are really famous resorts in Kefalonia, for example Lassi is near you.. There are two main Ports Sami and Poros always worth a visit, you will get the most out of you visit by putting the miles on your car and Sarlata is a good a place to base yourself for this. Moreover, in Lakithra about 1 km far from you you can find pizza, restaurant and supermarket.
