Villa Eytychia is located in a small forest area in the historically famous village of Fokata in the picturesque Lakithra. It is a maisonette consisting of two floors on an autonomous plot of land full of fruit trees. The ground floor consists of a bright and cosy living room with fireplace, a big veranda and a wc. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms with a veranda each and a comfortable bathroom.
The village of Lakithra is a traditional and graphic place that attracts many turists. In the imposing rock of the village with an unlimites view to the Ionian Sea, the philhellene angel poet Lord Byron wrote his poems. There are many restaurants, a pizzeria, a bar, a mini market and a bakery there. The distance to the Argostoli is 8km and to the airport is 3km. Famous beaches such as Makris Gialos, Platis Gialos, Ammes, Ai-Helis, Avithos, distance less than 10 minutes by car (5-7 km approximately).
