Stunning four bedroom villa with large private swimming pool and breathtaking views of the Vourkari bay and the Aegean sea. Named after the lighthouse in the bay, this villa is newly renovated, beautifully appointed and in a privileged location, overlooking Kea's most picturesque village which is accessible via a short pathway from the landscaped gardens. All beds, linens, towels and pool towels by Cocomat.
Host may be contacted for assistance/ local information. A housekeeper who also offers cooking and childcare will be available in Kea during your stay.
Vourkari is the most beautiful spot in Kea, with its beautiful natural harbour lined with exclusive restaurants, cafes, small cocktail bars and boutiques, all just a short walk down a villa's pathway. From the villa, a lovely walk or morning jog for the energetic is to the Faros/lighthouse which takes you past Aiyia Irini church and the next door bronze age settlement and various swimming spots. Only a short drive is the ferry port of the island (Korissia) with all amenities and from there the Xora - Ioulida - is one of the most picturesque in the Cyclades. As well as the many great beaches in Kea, there are some beautiful ancient walking trails around the island; archeological sites such as Ancient Karthea, and a well-stocked museum; boat and bike hire options; Padi-suba diving; watersports; an outdoor cinema and much more. We would happy to provide further details/assistance. On site private parking A car is recommended for Kea to access the island's hora and beautiful beaches. Many roads are unpaved but all cars are fine. Cars can be hired at the airport or in Kea.
