In one of the most modern settlements in Kassandra - Chalkidiki, at a very close distance from Hanioti and Pefkohori, is situated the Villa Helios. The Villa has 5 bedrooms, each of them equipped with AC, 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals anytime of the day. Moreover you can use the big barbeque of the house so you can create grilled meat or fish and dine in the large outdoor dining area overlooking the Toronaios Gulf and the colourful sunset! At the cozy living room you can enjoy the large flat - screen TV and watch movies or maybe surf the Web with free WiFi. Living room is air-conditioned as well. This house has 2 free private parking spaces, but guests can also use the parking area at the beach. During your stay at Villa Helios you can explore the greek sea, enjoy a cocktail from the private beach bar (200m from the house) or swim at the private pool of the house. The settlement is guarded around the clock and you can find everything you'll need within a 3 min ride, like supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars and pharmacy. The beach is 200m away from the house. Sani Beach is 27km from Villa Helios and the nearest airport is Thessaloniki's airport "Makedonia" 79km from the house.
