A private pool and a garden with private parking are available! This villa is suitable for up to 10 persons! The villa measuring 210sqm offers a terrace with fantastic views, garden, built bbq and private pool. The ground floor features living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a wc with shower. A sofa bed is available in the living area! The first floor features 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms fully equipped and a bathroom with shower!  The Villa provides free Wi-Fi and Satellite TV. There is also a safe box! The private swimming pool in a rectangle shape with sun beds & umbrellas, Built BBQ & garden furniture's offers unbeatable seclusion!   Featuring exquisite views Villa Casa De Sun is secluded and is perched on stilts among the treetops. At this elevation, privacy is assured as the beautiful, panoramic views unfold like a living canvas of sparkling sky colors!

Brand new Villa Casa De Sun is not surprisingly built in an olive grove, but just 10 minutes easy walk to the nearby Bouka beach and beach restaurants. A supermarket and coffee shops are within walking distance! The villa is 1.5km away from Tsilivi Resort which is located on the north east coast of the island, just 5 miles from Zante town. Tsilivi has expanded over recent years to become a popular family resort! There’s plenty going on with a great choice of shops, bars and restaurants, a beautiful sandy beach as well as it’s very own waterpark. And whilst it’s grown in size it’s still retains its grip charm and is a great choice for couples and families alike!
