Villa Imerti is a two floor villa 100 meters of the beach with a great view of the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea. Located in Kiotari / Gennadi beach, 14 minutes distance from famous Lindos and 10 minutes distance from Pefkos. Kiotari is a beautiful choice for a quiet and relaxing vacation. You can set your mind and body free and let yourself enjoy the deep blue crystal waters and the sun. To enjoy the fascinating nature of the Greek coastline better, we provide you your own private sunbeds and a permanent big umbrella at the beach with palm trees (almost private beach). If you'd like to start your day by going for jogging, Kiotari is an ideal place for that, due to its low traffic on the beach road. Furthermore, fishing equipment (4 free rods) are available to catch your own dinner and to cook it in the full equipment barbecue with sea view. Moreover, we offer 5 bicycles to enjoy a romantic ride across the coastline, exploring beautiful Kiotari and traditional Gennadi village.

Near the Villa, you can come across a lot of luxury hotels (like Tui Sensatori Resort Rhodes 2018, MAYIA Exlusive Resort 2018, Gennadi Grand Resort 2018) with a wide variety of activities for adults and children. In case you are a big sports fan, Kiotari is the perfect place for that! Some sports that you can do there are hiking (many routes), tennis, mini golf, football or even basketball. We would be ashamed to forget the water sports like diving, water ski, jet- ski, or surfing, especially at Prasonisi (the paradise of surfers) which is a 25 minute drive from Kiotari. The island offers a wide range of these activities which you shouldn't miss! For waterslide fans, Rhodes is the home to one of the biggest Water Parks in Europe. For everyone who likes horse- riding, there is a farm 4 kilometers from the Villa, where you can rent a horse to ride on the beach.An equally important fact is that the area can also offer you high quality of food with plenty of taverns and restaurants, where you can taste delicious Greek delicacies, all located in short distance from the Villa. There are grocery stores, shops, bakeries, hair-salons etc., all near the Villa
