The front door opens into a large open-plan area with a comfortable living room, dining room, and kitchen. With patio doors leading to the swimming pool terrace. One double bedroom is on the ground floor with a separate shower room. Two more bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a bath. The villa has a private pool with BBQ a shaded al fresco dining area and a private shaded parking area. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
