Located in Agia Efimia village, less than 5 minutes far, by walk, from the center of the village and the beaches. You’ll discover an area that leaves crowds and hotel congestion behind, preferring a more authentic Kefalonian way of life. This newly built, two-bedroom property boasts a robust list of distinctive amenities, making it both a natural beauty and a luxury compound unlike any other. Spectacular views of the rolling sea permeate all corners of the home, from the sun-kissed terrace to the luxurious interior, presenting the island experience you’ve dream about. Spend days reclined in a sun bed under the beaming sun, before cooling off with a dip in the pool or a soak under the al fresco shower. On one side of the pool you’ll find a cozy lounge set, and the other, a lovely outdoor dining area shaded by a pergola, ideal for enjoying meals prepared on the barbecue. As dusk settles, ease into the pool and watch the sun set over the horizon. The natural island surroundings follow you further into the home. The spacious interiors have been designed and furnished to please even the most discerning epicureans.
