Villa Koki Studios are managed and ran by the owner, Fedra, who lives on site. Our rooms are clean and comfortable with typical Lindian decor and full self catering facilities. But, we feel the most unique feature that our property has to offer is the superb location within the Village of Lindos. Just a few minutes walk from either Pallas or Pallestra Beach, Villa Koki Studios are PERFECT for beach lovers.

Neighborhood info

The Studios are approx. 350m from Pallas Beach and 350m from Lindos Main Beach (Pallestra). They are also around 300m from the world famous Lindos Acropolis. Please note that the nearest parking is approx. 400m from the property and we do not offer a luggage collection service unless you use our transfer service. We would like to ensure that guests are aware of this before they book and that they are physically able to walk, with their luggage, from Lindos Main square to our Studios which is a relatively flat walk of around 350m. Please note that all distances provided in the "Area Info" section are calculated by this website (Booking) and are "as the crow" flies distances - therefore they are not accurate in terms of road distance or journey time. The distances written above are correct. We also provide all of our guests with accurate travel and transport journey times and directions once bookings have been made. We are unable to update this information on our page, as per advice from the website.
