A traditional house with attic, fireplace and a big garden to relax, delightfully placed near the sea (about 150m). A great location of access to the main roads to/from Thessaloniki and about 10km from Kavala. Bike & motorbike friendly! Safe parking for car available. Renovated in February 2019 as it has been painted and redecorated. (New beds, sofas, linens, wordrobes, kitchenware etc) You'll fall in love with the serenity of the entire place, with the wildbirds' concerts in the morning, with the tender sunsets and harmony.

I live 15minutes from the villa so I will be available anytime to help you with anything you might need and for any information about the area and transportation around here. I want our guests to have a pleasant stay in our house.
Our neighborhood is located 1 minute from the city center. It is one of the best locations in Nea Iraklitsa, because it is in a very quite place protected from the noise of the cafe/bars. It is located in a very safe neighborhood with kind people and has a wonderful environment. The ideal place to have your best holidays.
