Villa Mari is a beautiful, modern villa with private pool, sea views and in a sought after location that is surrounded by olive groves. Stylish and comfortable it offers lots of modern conveniences making it the ideal holiday villa. A car is not essential. Within walking distance to a handful of tavernas and mini markets but not in a busy built up resort. This spacious 3 bedroom villa has a great layout, is not overlooked and enjoys excellent privacy with all the features you would want on holiday, including a Smart TV, WIFI, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The villa is fully air conditioned. The private pool measures 7.5 metres by 3.5 metres and has a depth of .90m to 1.5m. It has ladder access. There is a covered terrace and a stone built barbecue. A shaded pergola is the perfect spot to escape from the sun. Sun loungers are provided and there is also an outdoor shower. The villa benefits from not being over looked, has a gated entrance, enclosed by stone walling and is set in its own grounds With views to the sea and only a few minutes walk from local shops, restaurants and tavernas. Amboula beach 400m from Villa Mari.
The villa is managed and looked after for me, by Simone and her team at Zante Villa Services. They take care of the cleaning of our property, pool maintenance and general upkeep. Linen and towels are provided. An extra bed can be brought to accommodate an additional adult on request. The lovely Chris Baxter takes care of our garden and keeps our plants and olive trees in tip top shape throughout the year.
Tragaki is a fairly peaceful and traditional location. Close by to some excellent beaches such as the pretty sandy Amboula beach with a handful of sea front tavernas only 400m walk away. Nearby there are a couple of mini markets, coffee shops and a bar that does a Greek night once a week. If you do prefer something a little livelier, the resort of Tsilivi is a 5 minute drive away. There is an excellent water-park there, a wide choice of bars and restaurants. Tsilivi has one of the best and longest sandy beaches on Zante.
