Villa Marmelada is surrounded by beautiful olive trees in a garden with fruits, herbs, colorful bougainvillea. You could start the day with a good coffee on the sunny terrace or in the shade of an olive tree. In the garden you can harvest fruits and spices of the season to prepare your meals in the brand-new modern kitchen which is very well equipped. You can as well order on-site dining, order from various delicious options to eat in or go out to choose from a great number of restaurants and tavernas to have a romantic meal by the sea.
We are a Cretan-French family who loves to travel as well as enjoying Southern Crete with its beautiful beaches, healthy food, wonderful hiking paths and the great Cretan hospitality of the warmhearted poeple.
In the neighbourhood you will see olive groves and individual houses and villas with their gardens.
