Melia Villa is a magnificent villa, located in Koskinou Village, which offers a private swimming pool and uninterrupted views to the sea. The property is only a 5 minute drive away from Kallithea beach and at a short drive from the city of Rhodes. The villa has 5 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 double bedded rooms and two rooms with twin beds. Master bedroom has a double bed with dimensions of 2*2,20. Three of the rooms feature ensuite bathrooms, one with a bathtub and 2 with showers. Also, there is another bathroom with a shower as well as a wc. There’s an open plan fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation, accompanied from the welcoming sitting area. Also, there is a small kitchen that offers tea and coffee facilities. Melia villa has two spacious living rooms, each is set on a different floor. The incredible interior aesthetic will immediately give you peace. There are many amenities and features such as the elevator, the beautiful library, the screen TV, a small gym area and a laundry room. The villa is situated in Koskinou village, which is an ideal location for summer holidays in Rhodes as it is close to most of the islands major attractions and just a short drive from the centre of Rhodes town. Koskinou is a beautiful village built on the top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes. At the lively main square of the village, you can find many shops, traditional restaurants, pharmacies etc. You shouldn’t miss visiting Kallithea Springs, only 5 minutes far from the villa. Old Town of Rhodes, an important UNESCO monument of cultural heritage is located less than a 20 minute drive. The magnificent ancient acropolis of Lindos overlooking the picturesque village with the narrow streets and traditional white houses is approximately half hour drive too.
