Hi, this is my villa! I made this place for my family and me. ,I am sharing it now all the year around that other people can enjoy it! The space Villa Nova is located in the Kos area, very close to the city center, the Marina and the beaches. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms and 2 toilets, a wardrobe, comfortable balconies, sea ,pool and city views. It has a room with a washing machine and dryer. In the garden there is a swimming pool with sitting area, outside toilet, changing room ,shower and sunbeds and barbeque to enjoy your holiday. An elegant space for relaxation, but also for fun with your friends and family. Quiet neighborhood, with several houses around, considered the countryside of Kos. Just 10 minutes walk from Kos town and Marina, shops and beaches. You will need a car to get around the island of Kos and explore our wonderful beaches, but if you like adventure, you can go by bike or motorbike everywhere around town!
