A beautiful and luxurious Villa in harmony with nature and with amazing views of the sea and the city of Kavala! The Villa is located in a heavenly spot in Cape Vrasidas, hidden in nature, between 2 beautiful sandy beaches and just a few minutes away from the famous beach of Ammolofoi, one of the best beaches in Northern Greece. The unique location is perfectly combined with the aesthetics of the Villa, where stone, wood and stylish design create an aristocratic atmosphere.
The villa can accommodate 9-10 guests. It consists of 4 bedrooms (3 of them featuring ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own balcony with amazing view) and 1 staff bedroom, 1 large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, an outdoor dining area, multiple outdoor seating areas and a large, beautiful garden with various plants and trees. An extra bedroom with double bed for in-house staff is available upon request. The villa offers Wi-Fi, private parking, Satellite TV, alarm system, audio system, a fully equipped kitchen with modern electrical appliances, heating, a fireplace, BBQ area, a small private church in the garden and a private entrance to the beach in front of the Villa. Its peaceful location between the 2 beautiful beaches, the magnificent view, the stylish design and the modern amenities create a unique and luxurious summer vacation experience.
The villa is located in Cape Vrasidas, near the village of Nea Peramos (3.5 km), the beach of Ammolofoi (2.5 km) and just 30 minutes away from the city of Kavala. Megas Alexandros Airport is 47 km away and the second largest city of Greece, Thessaloniki is 140 km away. At the entrance of Cape Vrasidas, just 1.5 km from the Villa, you will find the remains of the Anaktoropolis Castle which belonged to Ancient Oisyme (an Ancient Greek city).
