Natural stone house, 5 minutes by car to the beach, artistically playful, "wild" garden with herbs and fruits, secluded location and yet centrally located in the village. The space Villa Pachakis has 100 square meters of living space. The house property with garden is 400 square meters without direct neighbors. The beautiful house is centrally and quietly located, a little away from the village center. Via the beautiful covered terrace with natural stone round arch you enter the open kitchen with large dining table, from there into the living area with fireplace, sitting area and satellite TV. There is also a guest toilet with washing machine on the ground floor. Two bedrooms (double bed 1.60 x 2.00, as well as 2 single beds each 0.90 x 2.00) and the shower room are located on the upper floor. From the hallway you can reach the spacious balcony with a beautiful view of Pitsidia and the surrounding area. All rooms are air-conditioned and the windows are equipped with mosquito screens. What is special about this house is the artistic imaginative decor. Lamps, pictures, cabinets, tables, etc. have been selected with love and are unique. In Pitsidia, everything is within walking distance. For example, you can have a great breakfast at "Onira" and end the evening with a good glass of wine in one of the many delicious restaurants. To the beach, you walk about 30 minutes. It only takes five minutes by car. In the village square there are music events twice a week. These evenings have a great atmosphere.
