Situated on the edge of Klismata village, surrounded by olive trees and native vegetation, Villa Paradisio is a recently renovated private villa with views of the mountains and the sea. It has an 11 metre pool situated in the property’s large, private garden and there is an extensive outdoor entertaining area with barbecue and wood fired pizza oven. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living area, with flat screen tv, which comfortably accommodates 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms each with an ensuite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the other 2 have twin beds that can be converted to doubles if required. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge and a half-bathroom downstairs. Klismata is a quiet village 15-20 minute drive from the airport or Argostoli. It is about 2.5-3kms walk to the nearest beaches of Spartia, Avithos and Paliolinos, although a car is recommended. The villa is situated 300 metres from the minimart which in the summer season features an outdoor, family-run bar and grill.
