Experience the harmony of simplicity and beauty on the southeastern coast of Evia. Villapetramarina is a beachfront retreat with four autonomous houses, perfect for families, groups of friends, or small celebrations — even intimate weddings — for up to 24 guests. Here, you’ll find the rare luxury of a quiet beach with crystal-clear waters, where time softens, and nature welcomes you home. The complex is made up of traditional stone houses with bioclimatic standards and large covered terraces on an estate of 2500 square meters full of olive trees, cypresses and oleanders in direct contact with the sand. The view is unique, but you can discover the hidden sea caves of the beach and swim from the small island in front of it. It consists in total of seven double bedrooms, a spacious open loft with a double bed and two single beds, and multiple sofa-beds. The first and biggest house, villa aria, has a large living room combined with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and WC on the ground floor and an outdoor shower with hot water. The home has privacy and ample parking. The two other houses, villa terra and villa ostria, also each offer the same. Outside, for cooking enthusiasts there is a barbecue and an electric stove with a sea view. The fully equipped kitchens have all the necessary appliances for preparing food as well as basic raw materials like fresh olive oil, honey, wine and jam (local home made products). On the largest olive estate there is a constructed wooden deck where you can relax with a book and a glass of wine! There is also a satellite Internet, stereo and TV in the living rooms, washing machines and dishwashers and fans throughout. Baby playpen and children’s toys for playing in the sand, chairs and beach towels are also provided. For water sport lovers you have the opportunity to use three, four meter long, kayaks. Recycling facilities also available.

The landscape is covered with olive trees, vines, fig trees, almond trees and vegetable crops from where you can directly purchase fresh fruits and vegetables of the region. In addition you can obtain excellent honey, wine, oil, milk, meat and fish from the hospitable local producers! Within 3 minutes you can walk to a lovely sandy beach with two more restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, local meats and vegetables and local delicacies, or place an order and bring you your favorite food at home. There is also a bar-cafe . The villages Tsakaioi and Mesochoria are a three minute drive and 13 minutes away is the town and port of Nea Styra, where you can buy all the necessary goods in a variety of stores. By Nea Styra one can also enjoy the West in the calm waters of the Evian Gulf, on the other side of the island and swim in the clear water. Within an hour by car you can find beautiful and secluded beaches, cool canyons and unique routes on foot or by car, privately or with organized groups do scuba diving and other water sports. The guest house is located just 2- 2:30 hours from Athens and from the International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos. It is accessible by road via Halkida bridge or by ferry. The ferryboat service at Agia Marina Attica to Nea Styra runs every one or two hours daily in Summer. Both sea and road access are ideal.
