Surrounded by an exquisite garden,this villa mixing elegance with the warmth of a summer home.
A spacious elevated wooden deck terrace just 10 steps above the sea provides sea views privacy and relaxation.
In a beautifully landscaped garden, well kept grass, colorful plants and high pine trees rise up to create a magnificent green fence that separates this unparalleled setting from the turquoise waters of the sea.

Porto Rafti is nowadays a famous seaside resort, with free beaches at the locations of St Spyridon, Erotospilia and Avlaki, and an organized municipal beach at Avlaki. It is also a place of permanent residence for many. At the borders of the Municipality of Markopoulo, to the north of Porto Rafti just 12 minutes away from our resort, there is the Historic site of ancient Vravrona with an ancient temple and a local museum. To the south of Porto Rafti just 40 minutes drive is the ancient temple of Poseidon at Sounion area . To the west of Porto Rafti just 45 minutes away is the ancient citadel of The Acropolis of Athens .
Near to our resort , just 3 minutes walking distance , is Port Rafti Port with plenty of bars, restaurants,shops,open air cinema theatre etc .
Today Porto Rafti is accessible through Attiki Odos and the nearby subway station "Koropi".
