Villa Rhodéa - Private villa, 200m from the sea The sea is two hundred metres away. You hear it before you see it, a quiet constant behind the garden walls. The villa sits on a still street in Ialyssos, set back just enough that the boulevard fades into the background. Restaurants, cafes, the beach -- all within a few minutes on foot, but here it is quiet. The private pool catches the morning light early. Twenty-five square metres of water, all yours. By midday the sun has moved onto the terrace and the garden chairs are warm to the touch. In the evening, soft lights come on around the pool, and the hours stretch without anyone keeping track. The outdoor kitchen sits under a pergola with a BBQ and a long table. Most meals happen here. Slow breakfasts with nowhere to be, long dinners where the conversation drifts. Cooking outside does not feel like an effort here. It just feels natural. Inside, the living area is open and bright, with a full kitchen and comfortable places to sit. Five bedrooms, each with proper beds, enough space and privacy that two families can share the house and still have room to themselves. Two bathrooms and a separate guest toilet, which with ten people turns out to matter. From the upper balcony you look out over the rooftops toward the sea.
